What shirt brand do you print on?
All shirts are printed on high quality cotton t-shirts unless otherwise stated. 

What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XSmall - 3XLarge. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. The t-shirts are unisex and have the possibility to run big. Women should order one size down for a more tailored fit.

Ex. If you wear a Women's L, a Medium would be recommended. Please refer to our size chart for more details. 

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use both screen printing, direct to garment printing, and heat transfer processes.


Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade with normal wear and after being washed. Blacks tend to fade the most, but will still hold up after many washes and wears.

Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water using a gentle cycle.

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean. 

Ordering

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal as methods of payment. 

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way. During peak seasons such as the holidays or times of high demand, delivery times may be longer. 

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country/location and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship outside the USA.

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.

My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
(1) allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up; and
(2) reach out to your postal worker directly.
If your tracking doesn't update after 5 business days, please contact customer support by emailing hello@crewandculture.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
While we understand the need to return items, due to the current pandemic, we are unable to accept returns at this time. Please be sure to check the size chart before ordering or send us an email with any questions prior to completing your order. If you receive a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at hello@crewandculture.com for further information. 

 

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

If an order is returned due to them not claiming their package, multiple delivery attempts made, etc. The customer is responsible for paying the reship fee for them to receive their item. If not, a refund will be processed for the cost of the items only.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. We understand that things happens, if you need to make any modifications, please contact us at hello@crewandculture.com.
